$229.99 (+hst) includes a FREE UNIFORM. Multiple weeks save $10.00 /week. Family discount is $10.00 and is not cumulative with multi-week discount. Member price does not include a uniform.

Drop off and pick up is up to 15 mins before/after camp starts/ends. Extra fees apply for early drop-off or late pick-up at $5/15 mins. Arrangements can be made if you have special pick-up or drop-off needs.

BY REGISTERING YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

Participation Waiver
I agree to release from harm, Driftwood Martial Arts Inc. and all staff and/or instructors affiliated directly or indirectly with the above mentioned company in the event of injury or loss resulting from the participation of my child in the camp selected above. I have disclosed all necessary medical and emergency information and I acknowledge that the above mentioned participant is physically able to participate in this event. Participant may be removed from the camp at the discretion of the instructor, without refund for the violation of school rules currently in effect.

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation requests must be made in writing no less than 10 business days before the first day of camp and are subject to an administration fee of 25% of the total fee per session, per camper (exception: medical withdrawal). 2. Cancellation requests received within 10 business days of camp start are subject to a cancellation penalty of 50% of the total fee (exception: medical withdrawal). 3. No refunds will be provided to campers who do not attend camp or submit cancellation requests on or after the first day of camp. 4. Medical withdrawals require a medical certificate. 5. Camp transfer requests must be made at least 5 business days prior the first day of camp, are considered on a case by case basis and will be dependent on space in camp. $30 transfer fee. NOTE: Refunds made by Visa, Mastercard or Interac may be processed upon receipt. Refunds made by check will be processed in 4-6 weeks.
